Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (sales events, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

DaddyKoolKat ships from multiple fulfilment locations. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

5. Fulfilment & Third-Party Shipping

Some products in our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or logistics partners (3PL). This means your order may be shipped directly from a supplier location, which could be outside of Australia. Delivery times and tracking availability may vary depending on the fulfilment partner.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. DaddyKoolKat is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
